摘要:
目的 探讨膝骨关节炎患者血清炎性因子与血管形成相关因子的关系。方法 选择2013年1月至2015年1月铜川矿务局中心医院收治的膝骨关节炎患者61例(膝骨关节炎组),另选择同期体检健康者25例作为正常对照组,检测2组受试者血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)及血管生成素-1(Ang-1)水平,并分析血清IL-2、IL-6与VEGF、bFGF、Ang-1的关系。结果 膝骨关节炎组患者血清IL-2、IL-6、VEGF、bFGF和Ang-1水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。膝骨关节炎组Ⅲ级患者血清IL-2、IL-6、VEGF、bFGF和Ang-1水平均显著高于Ⅱ级患者(P<0.05),Ⅳ级患者血清IL-2、IL-6、VEGF、bFGF和Ang-1水平均显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者(P<0.05)。Sperman相关性分析显示,膝骨关节炎患者血清IL-2与VEGF呈显著正相关 (r=0.398,P<0.05),与bFGF及Ang-1无显著相关性 (r=0.092、0.056,P>0.05);膝骨关节炎患者血清IL-6与VEGF、bFGF呈显著正相关 (r=0.376、0.267,P<0.05),与Ang-1无显著相关性 (r=0.043,P>0.05)。结论 炎性因子可能参与了膝骨关节炎的发生和发展,且该过程与新生血管形成有密切关系。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum inflammatory factors and angiogenesis related factors in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods Sixty-one cases of knee osteoarthritis(knee osteoarthritis group) in the Central Hospital of Tongchuan Mining Bureau were selected from January 2013 to January 2015.Twenty-five healthy subjects were selected as normal control group.The levels of serum interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and angiogenin-1(Ang-1) were detected.The relationship between serum IL-2,IL-6 and VEGF,bFGF,Ang-1 was analyzed.Results The levels of serum IL-2,IL-6,VEGF,bFGF and Ang-1 in the patients with knee osteoarthritis were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-2,IL-6,VEGF,bFGF and Ang-1 in the patients with knee osteoarthritis of grade Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in patients of gradeⅡ (P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-2,IL-6,VEGF,bFGF and Ang-1 were significantly higher than those in patients of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P<0.05).Sperman correlation analysis showed that the serum IL-2 level was significantly positively correlated to VEGF(r=0.398,P<0.05),and there was no significant correlation between serum IL-2 and bFGF or Ang-1 in patients with knee osteoarthritis(r=0.092,0.056,P>0.05).The serum IL-6 level was significantly positively correlated to VEGF and bFGF(r=0.376,0.267;P<0.05),and there was no significant correlation between serum IL-6 and Ang-1 in patients with knee osteoarthritis(r=0.043,P>0.05).Conclusion Inflammatory factors may be involved in the occurrence and development of knee osteoarthritis,and the process is closely related to neovascularization.
