摘要:
目的 探讨白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与脑神经胶质瘤进展的相关性。方法 选择2012年1月至2015年1月铜川矿务局中心医院收治的脑神经胶质瘤患者87例(神经胶质瘤组),另选择同期体检健康者30例作为正常对照组,对2组受试者血清IL-2、IL-6、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)及癌胚抗原(CEA)水平进行检测,并分析脑神经胶质瘤患者血清炎性因子IL-2、IL-6与VEGF、EGF及CEA的相关性。结果 神经胶质瘤组患者血清IL-2、IL-6水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),神经胶质瘤组患者血清VEGF、EGF、CEA水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。神经胶质瘤Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者血清IL-2、IL-6水平逐渐降低(P<0.05),血清VEGF、EGF、CEA水平逐渐升高(P<0.05)。脑神经胶质瘤患者血清IL-2、IL-6水平与VEGF、EGF水平呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与CEA水平无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论 血清IL-2及IL-6水平与脑神经胶质瘤的进展密切相关。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation of interleukin-2(IL-2) and interleukin-6(IL-6) with brain glioma progression.Methods Eighty-seven patients with brain glioma(glioma group) in the Central Hospital of Tongchuan Mining Bureau were selected from January 2012 to January 2015.Thirty healthy subjects were selected as normal control group.The levels of serum IL-2,IL-6,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),epidermal growth factor(EGF) and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) were detected in the two groups.The relationship between serum inflammatory factors IL-2,IL-6 and VEGF,EGF,CEA in patients with brain glioma was analyzed.Results The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-2 in glioma group were significantly lower than those in normal control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum VEGF,EGF and CEA in glioma group were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-2 and IL-6 in patients with glioma grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were gradually decreased (P<0.05).The levels of serum VEGF,EGF and CEA in patients with glioma grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were increased gradually(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-2 and IL-6 were negatively correlated to the levels of VEGF and EGF in patients with brain glioma(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between serum IL-2,IL-6 and CEA levels in patients with brain glioma(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum IL-2 and IL-6 were closely related to the progression of brain glioma.
