摘要:
外泌体是细胞分泌的纳米级囊泡状物质,内含丰富的生物活性物质,在细胞间交流和信息传递中发挥着重要的作用。外泌体的分泌受到多种因素的影响,且涉及多种调控机制。外泌体通过多种途径作用于靶细胞,调节靶细胞的生物学行为,不仅维持正常的生理活动,而且还介导多种疾病的发生发展。本文从外泌体的组成成分、形成和调控机制、与靶细胞的相互作用、分离纯化和鉴定、主要功能及应用等方面进行综述,旨在提高对外泌体的认识。
