摘要:
生物体内的生物信息受2种因素调控,一种是遗传调控,另一种是表观遗传调控。研究表明,表观遗传改变在男性生殖系统疾病中起重要作用。世界卫生组织预测,男性不育即将成为继癌症和心血管疾病之后威胁人类健康的第3大疾病,也将成为生殖健康医学领域研究的热点问题。在表观遗传调控中,非编码RNA是比较重要的,非编码RNA包含了微小RNA(miRNA)和长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)等。miRNA与lncRNA对男性不育等男性生殖系统疾病有重要影响,因此,本研究对miRNA和lncRNA在男性生殖系统疾病中的作用进行综述,以期为预防和治疗男性不育等生殖系统疾病提供依据。
