摘要:
长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类由RNA聚合酶Ⅱ合成的含200多个核苷酸的RNA。LncRNA在多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥重要生物学功能。生长停滞特异性转录因子5(GAS5)为lncRNA的一种,可发挥肿瘤抑制作用,其在包括宫颈癌在内的多种恶性肿瘤中下调。本文就GAS5在宫颈癌中生物学功能的研究进展进行综述,旨在为宫颈癌的诊断、治疗及预后评估提供参考和方向。
Abstract:
Long chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a kind of RNA with more than 200 nucleotides synthesized by RNA polymerase Ⅱ.LncRNA plays an important biological role in the occurrence and development of various malignant tumors.Growth arrest specific 5 (GAS5) is a kind of lncRNA,which plays a tumor inhibitory role and is down-regulated in a variety of malignant tumors,including cervical cancer.This article reviews the research progress of the biological function of GAS5 in cervical cancer,in order to provide reference and direction for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of cervical cancer.
