摘要:
动脉粥样硬化相关的心脑血管疾病发病率逐年升高,预防及治疗动脉粥样硬化愈显重要。目前,动脉粥样硬化的发病机制尚无统一结论,而炎症反应学说得到多数学者认同。天然药物小檗碱作为一种抗炎药,其抗动脉粥样硬化作用已得到大量临床研究证实。现就小檗碱对动脉粥样硬化的抗炎机制研究进展进行综述,主要包括小檗碱对过氧化物体增殖剂活化受体、细胞外调节蛋白激酶通路及核转录因子-κB信号通路等的影响,以期为动脉粥样硬化的机制阐明及抗动脉粥样硬化新药研究提供理论依据及参考。
