摘要:
质子泵抑制剂(PPI)的抑酸作用强、不良反应少,被临床上广泛应用于酸相关疾病的治疗。但是,近年来PPI的不良反应受到国内外越来越多的关注。研究发现,小肠细菌过度生长(SIBO)与PPI的应用存在相关性。随机双盲对照研究提示,使用PPI的患者SIBO发生率较高,特别是长期使用PPI的患者。但PPI的使用是否为SIBO发生的独立危险因素,目前尚无定论,本文就此予以综述。
