摘要:
大气颗粒物(PM)暴露与人群呼吸道病毒性传染病的发病率和病死率存在相关性。呼吸道是PM暴露和呼吸道病毒感染的共同作用场所。PM可影响呼吸道病毒感染进程及病毒性疾病的严重程度,病毒感染可加重PM诱发的呼吸道疾病。在流行病学基础上,开展PM暴露与呼吸道病毒感染相互作用的毒理学研究对于提出干预措施降低相关疾病的发病率和病死率具有重要意义。本文根据国内外流行病学研究和毒理学研究结果对PM影响呼吸道病毒感染的过程和机制进行总结,以期为相关研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Particulate matter (PM) exposure is associated with the incidence and morbidity of respiratory viral infectious diseases in the populations.The respiratory tract is a common target site for PM exposure and respiratory viral infection.The progression of respiratory viral infection and the severity of viral diseases can be influenced by PM,and viral infections can aggravate PM-induced respiratory diseases.On the basis of epidemiology studies,carrying out toxicological study on the interaction between PM and respiratory viruses had important significance for proposing interventions measures to reduce the incidence and morbidity of related diseases.Based on the results of epidemiological studies and toxicological studies at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the process and mechanism of PM affecting respiratory virus infection in order to provide reference for related studies.
