摘要:
目的 探讨脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-17a(IL-17a)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平变化及其临床意义。方法 选取2016年2~10月新乡医学院第一附属医院神经内科住院治疗的63例脑卒中患者为研究对象,所有患者均完成相应影像学检查,并给予常规内科治疗。根据汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)将患者分为PSD组(HAMD评分≥8)30例和非PSD组(HAMD评分≤7)33例,另选择同期在本院体检的性别、年龄相匹配的健康者30例为对照组;流式细胞术检测3组受试者血清IL-2、IL-10、IL-17a及IFN-γ的表达水平。结果 PSD组和非PSD组患者治疗后30、90 d血清IL-2、IL-10、IL-17a及IFN-γ表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。PSD组和非PSD组患者治疗后90 d血清 IL-2、IL-10、IL-17a及IFN-γ表达水平高于治疗后30 d(P<0.05)。PSD组患者治疗后30、90 d血清IL-2、IL-10、IL-17a及IFN-γ表达水平高于非PSD组(P<0.05)。中重度PSD患者治疗后90 d血清IL-2、IL-10、IL-17a及IFN-γ水平显著高于轻度PSD患者(P<0.05)。结论 血清IL-2、IL-10、IL-17a及IFN-γ在PSD患者血清中呈高表达,且与PSD患者抑郁程度相关。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the expression of serum interleukin (IL)-2,IL-10,IL-17a and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in patients with post-stroke depression (PSD) and their clinical significance.Methods A total of 63 stroke patients hospitalized in the department of neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from February 2016 to October 2016 were selected as research objects.All patients were performed with the corresponding imaging examination and routine medical treatment.According to the Hamilton depression scale score (HAMD),the patients were divided into PSD group (HAMD score ≥8,30 cases) and non-PSD group (HAMD score ≤7,33 cases).In addition,30 cases of healthy patients matched in gender and age during the same period of physical examination in the hospital were selected as the control group.The expression levels of serum IL-2,IL-10,IL-17a and IFN-γ in the three groups were detected by flow cytometry.Results The serum levels of IL-2,IL-10,IL-17a and IFN-γ in the PSD group and the non-PSD group at 30 and 90 days after treatment were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The expression levels of serum IL-2,IL-10,IL-17a and IFN-γ in the PSD group and non-PSD group at 90 days after treatment were higher than that at 30 days after treatment (P<0.05).The expression levels of serum IL-2,IL-10,IL-17a and IFN-γ in the PSD group were higher than those in the non-PSD group at 30 and 90 days after treatment (P<0.05).The serum IL-2,IL-10,IL-17a and IFN-γ levels of moderate and severe patients were significantly higher than those in patients with mild PSD at 90 days after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion The serum IL-2,IL-10,IL-17a and IFN-γ are highly expressed in PSD patients,and correlated with depression degree of PSD patients.
