摘要:
白术为菊科苍术属植物,以干燥的根茎入药,在我国有悠久的药用历史。白术含有多种化学成分,包括倍半萜及内酯类、黄酮类、苯丙素类、炔烃及其苷类、多糖等。现代药理学研究表明,白术具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、改善胃肠道功能、调节泌尿系统、改善神经功能、改善免疫、兴奋子宫平滑肌、降血脂血糖等药理作用,临床上主要用于胃肠道疾病、肝脏疾病等的治疗,具有良好的开发潜力。本文就白术中单体成分及其药理作用的国内外研究进展进行综述,以期为其进一步开发利用提供参考。
Abstract:
Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.is a plant of Atractylodes DS.in Asteraceae,which is used as medicine with dry rhizomes,and has a long history of medicinal use in China.Studies have found that Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.contains a variety of chemical components,including sesquiterpene and their lactones,flavonoids,phenylpropanoids,alkynes and their glycosides,polysaccharides,etc.Modern pharmacological research shows that Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.has anti-infla-mmatory,anti-tumor,improving gastrointestinal function,regulating urinary system,improving neurological function,improving immunity,stimulating uterine smooth muscle,lowering blood lipids and blood sugar and other pharmacological effects;it is mainly used clinically for gastrointestinal diseases,liver diseases and other aspects,and has good development potential.This article reviews the research progress of monomeric components and their pharmacological effects in Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for its further development and utilization.
