摘要:
目的　评价胃癌根治术后患者远期生活质量。方法　选择2009年1月至2010年1月河南大学淮河医院收治的行胃癌根治术患者53例作为研究对象。采用生命质量指标（QL-Index）量表对患者术后1、3、6、12和24个月生活质量进行评分，并记录各时间点患者并发症发生情况。结果　42例患者获得完整随访资料，胃癌根治术后患者总体生活质量随时间的延长逐渐提高，其中活动、日常生活、健康及精神评分随时间延长明显增加（P<0.05）；而支持评分随时间推移明显下降（P<0.05）。术后各时间点患者食欲下降、腹胀、反流及倾倒综合征等并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论　胃癌根治术患者术后生活质量随时间增加逐步提高。
Abstract:
Objective　To appraise the long-term quality of life in patients with gastric cancer after radical operation.Methods　Fifty-three patients with gastric cancer who underwent radical operation in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from January 2009 to January 2010 were selected.The quality of life index（QL-Index） scale was used to appraise the quality of life of all patients at 1 month，3，6，12 and 24 months after operation;meanwhile,the incidence of complication of patients at each time point was recorded.Results　Forty-two patients obtained a complete follow-up data.The overall score of quality of life increased gradually with the lengthening of time（P<0.05）；the score of activity，daily activities，health and mental increased gradually with the lengthening of time（P<0.05）；but the score of support decreased gradually with the lengthening of time（P<0.05）.There was no statistic difference of the incidence of the loss of appetite，abdominal distension，regurgitation and dumping syndrome at each time point（P>0.05）.Conclusion　The quality of life of patients with gastric cancer after radical surgery improve gradually with the lengthening of time.
