摘要:
脊髓小脑性共济失调(SCAs)是一类常染色体显性遗传的神经退行性疾病,临床表现异质性大,分型困难。目前通过基因诊断可以确诊SCAs致病亚型,但仍有多数SCAs亚型致病基因未被发现和归类,发病机制暂不明确。为了完善SCAs致病基因信息,提供较为规范的基因诊断流程和治疗方案,本文就SCAs基因诊断的特点及流程、发病机制、临床治疗方案等方面进行系统总结,以展现SCAs基因诊断及治疗研究现况。
