摘要:
机器人辅助腹腔镜下根治性前列腺切除术目前在欧美国家已经得到广泛应用。随着以Da Vinci系统为代表的机器人辅助下腹腔镜技术的逐渐成熟,手术精准性得到极大提升。经腹膜外途径机器人辅助腹腔镜下根治性前列腺切除术具有避免肠管损伤及尿漏引起的腹腔并发症的特点,更加适用于肥胖、既往腹腔手术史及肠道造瘘的特殊患者。本文就该手术方式目前的围术期情况、手术效果、肿瘤学效果进行综述。
