摘要:
神经性厌食症（AN）是一种严重的慢性进食障碍，其特征为异常的进食习惯与特殊的心理功能紊乱，表现为明显的体质量降低和各项生理功能紊乱。由于AN患者长期营养不良、内分泌系统紊乱，易出现严重并发症，可对患者的健康乃至生命构成严重威胁。目前，我国AN的发病率和病死率呈增加趋势。近年来，国外研究发现，AN患者存在认知功能损伤，认知矫正疗法（CRT）可辅助常规加强治疗、家庭治疗和认知行为治疗对AN患者产生一定疗效。本文对CRT在辅助治疗AN患者中的应用研究进展进行综述，并分析其应用前景，以期为CRT在临床AN患者治疗中的应用提供依据。
Abstract:
Anorexia nervosa (AN) is a serious chronic eating disorder characterized by abnormal eating habits and special mental disorders,manifested by significant weight loss and various physiological functions disorder.Due to chronic malnutrition and endocrine system disorder,AN patients are prone to serious complications,which may pose a serious threat to their health and even their lives.At present,the incidence and mortality rate of AN in our country are increasing.In recent years,foreign studies have found that the AN patients have cognitive function impaire,and cognitive remediation therapy (CRT) can assist routine intensive therapy,family therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to produce certain curative effect.This article reviews the research progress on CRT adjuvant therapy for AN and analyzes its application prospect,in order to provide a basis for the application of CRT in the adjuvant treatment of AN patients.
