摘要:
目的　探讨老年慢性疾病患者社区护理需求的影响因素。方法　选择2018年1月至2021年3月于河南省人民医院就诊的300例老年慢性疾病患者为研究对象，采集患者的临床资料，采用《慢性疾病患者社区护理需求调查表》评估老年慢性疾病患者社区护理需求现状，采用多因素logistic回归分析老年慢性疾病患者社区护理需求的影响因素。结果　老年慢性疾病患者社区护理需求评分总分为16.72±3.62，健康教育维度、健康促进维度、护理技术支持维度、心理社会支持维度、疾病管理维度的得分分别为3.90±0.02、3.40±0.47、3.25±0.63、3.12±0.65、3.01±0.80。单因素分析结果显示，年龄、有无配偶、患慢性疾病数量、文化程度、病程与老年慢性疾病患者社区护理需求度有关（P<0.05），性别、居住方式、医疗保障形式、个人月收入与老年慢性疾病患者社区护理需求度无关（P>0.05）。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，年龄、患慢性疾病数量、文化程度、病程是老年慢性疾病患者社区护理需求的主要影响因素（P<"0.05）。结论　老年慢性疾病患者对社区护理需求较高，年龄、患慢性疾病数量、文化程度、病程是老年慢性疾病患者社区护理需求的主要影响因素。
Abstract:
Objective　To investigate the influencing factors of community nursing needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods　A total of 300 elderly patients with chronic diseases who were treated in Henan Provincial People′s Hospital from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The clinical data of the patients were collected,and the current situation of community nursing needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases was evaluated by "Community Nursing Needs of Patients with Chronic Diseases",and the influencing factors of community nursing needs in elderly patients with chronic diseases were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.Results　The total score of community nursing needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases was 16.72±3.62,and the scores of health education dimension,health promotion dimension,nursing technical support dimension,psychosocial support dimension and disease management dimension were 3.90±0.02,3.40±0.47,3.25± 0.63,3.12±0.65,3.01±0.80,respectively.The results of univariate analysis showed that the age,with or without a spouse,number of chronic diseases,education level and course of disease were related to the community nursing needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases (P<0.05);the gender,living style,medical care assurance form and personal monthly income were not related to the community nursing needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases (P>0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the older age,more chronic diseases,low education level and long disease duration were the main influencing factors for community nursing needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases (P<0.05).Conclusion　The elderly patients with chronic diseases have a high demand for community care,and the age,the number of chronic diseases,education level and course of disease are the main influencing factors for community care needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases.
