摘要:
目的　探讨胃肠道手术患者切口感染的相关因素，为制定合理措施预防术后切口感染提供参考依据。方法　回顾性分析2015年7月至2017年12月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的1 519例胃肠道手术患者的临床资料，采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析胃肠道手术后发生切口感染的相关危险因素。结果　1 519例胃肠道手术患者中，切口感染63例，切口感染率为4.15 %。胃肠道手术患者切口感染与术中失血量、血红蛋白（Hb）、血清白蛋白（Alb）、手术时机、手术方式、切口等级有关（P<0.05），与患者年龄、性别、手术部位、手术时间、合并糖尿病、合并高血压及吸烟无关（P>0.05）。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，手术时机、切口等级、手术方式、术中失血量、Hb及Alb是影响胃肠道手术患者切口感染的相关因素（P<0.05）。结论　手术时机、切口等级、手术方式、术中失血量、Hb及Alb水平是影响胃肠道手术患者切口感染的相关因素。
Abstract:
Objective　To analyze the related factors of incision infection in patients undergoing gastroenteric operation and to provide reference basis for formulating reasonable measures to prevent postoperative incision infection.Methods　The data of 1 519 patients with gastroenteric operation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from July 2015 to December 2017 were analyzed respectively.Univariate logistic regression and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the risk factors of incision infection after gastroenteric operation.Results　A total of 63 cases among 1 519 patients had incision infections and the infection rate was 4.15 %.Incision infection in the patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery was related to intraoperative blood loss，hemoglobin（Hb），albumin（Alb），operation opportunity，operation method and incision grade （P<0.05），but was not related to age，gender，operation site，operation time，diabetes mellitus，hypertension and smoking （P>0.05）.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that operation opportunity，incision grade，operation method，intraoperative blood loss，Hb and Alb were related factors influencing incision infection in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery （P<0.05）.Conclusion　Operation opportunity，incision grade，operation method，intraoperative blood loss，Hb and Alb levels are related factors affecting incision infection in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.
