摘要:
目的 探讨双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合非营养性吸吮对胃肠功能障碍新生儿胃肠功能及胃肠激素的影响。方法 选取2014年1月至2015年1月在黄冈市中心医院住院治疗的胃肠功能障碍新生儿100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组新生儿给予常规非营养性吸吮治疗,观察组新生儿给予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合常规非营养性吸吮治疗,比较2组新生儿胃残留量、胃半排空时间、腹胀消失时间、体质量恢复正常时间、喂养耐受时间、停止静脉营养时间及血清促胃液素、促胃动素水平。结果 治疗后观察组患儿腹胀消失时间、体质量恢复正常时间、喂养耐受时间、停止静脉营养时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗前2组患儿血清促胃动素、促胃液素水平及胃半排空时间、胃残留量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患儿治疗后血清促胃动素、促胃液素水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),胃半排空时间显著短于治疗前(P<0.01),胃残留量显著少于治疗前(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组患儿血清促胃动素、促胃液素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胃半排空时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),胃残留量显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组和观察组患儿治疗总有效率分别为84.0%(42/50)和96.0%(48/50),观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片和非营养性吸吮联合治疗可显著改善胃肠功能障碍新生儿的胃肠功能,促进胃肠激素分泌。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Streptococcus thermophilus tablets combined with nonnutritive sucking on neonatal gastrointestinal function and gastrointestinal hormones.Methods A total of 100 neonatus with gastrointestinal function were selected in Huanggang Central Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015.The patients were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The neonatus in control group were treated with nonnutritive sucking.The neonatus in observation group were treated with live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Streptococcus thermophilus tablets combined with nonnutritive sucking.The residue volume of stomach,gastric emptying half-time,abdominal distention extinction time,body weight recovery time,feeding tolerance time,stopping intravenous nutrition time,serum gastrin and motilin levels were compared between the two groups.Results The abdominal distention extinction time,body weight recovery time,feeding tolerance time and stopping intravenous nutrition time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group after treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the levels of serum gastrin and motilin,gastric emptying half-time and residue volume of stomach between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with pretherapy,the levels of serum gastrin and motilin were significantly higher(P<0.01),the gastric emptying half-time was significantly shorter(P<0.01),and the residue volume of stomach was significantly less after treatment in the two groups(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the levels of serum gastrin and motilin were significantly higher(P<0.05),the gastric emptying half-time was significantly shorter(P<0.05),and the residue volume of stomach was significantly less in observation group after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 84.0%(42/50) and 96.0%(48/50) respectively,the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Streptococcus thermophilus tablets combined with non nutritive sucking can significantly improve gastrointestinal function,and promote the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones in neonates with gastrointestinal dysfunction.
