摘要:
目的　探讨伴有抑郁情绪的Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎的适宜治疗方案。方法　选择伴有抑郁情绪的Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者90例，随机分为舍曲林组、中药组和联合治疗组，每组30例。3组分别给予舍曲林、中药汤剂及中药汤剂联合舍曲林治疗。于治疗前及治疗第2、4、6周末进行美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分量表（NIH-CPSI）及汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定，评价疗效，分析比较3种治疗方案的治疗效果。结果　3组患者治疗6周后HAMD及NIH-CPSI评分较治疗前及治疗2、4周后均显著降低(P<0.01)，且舍曲林组患者HAMD评分显著低于中药组（P<0.05），联合治疗组患者HAMD评分显著低于中药组和舍曲林组（P<0.05）。中药组患者NIH-CPSI评分显著低于舍曲林组（P<0.05），联合治疗组患者NIH-CPSI评分显著低于中药组（P<0.05）。结论　舍曲林联合中药治疗伴有抑郁情绪的Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎可改善患者的抑郁症状，减轻躯体症状，提高其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective　To discuss the proper treatment for the type Ⅲ chronic prostatitis accompanied with depression.Methods　A total of 90 cases of type Ⅲ chronic prostatitis patient with the depression were selected and randomly divided into sertraline treatment group,Chinese-medicine treatment group and combination therapy treatment group with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the three groups were given sertraline,Chinese-medicine and combination therapy of sertraline and Chinese-medicine treatment,respectively.The immediate curative effect was evaluated by using the National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI) and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) before treatment and after 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment.The treatment effect of the three groups were analyzed and compared.Results　After treatment for 6 weeks,the HAMD and NIH-CPSI rating scores of the three treatment groups decreased significantly compared with those after treatment for 2,4 and 6 weeks(P<0.001).The rating score of HAMD in sertraline treatment group was significantly lower than that in Chinese-medicine treatment group,which in combination therapy treatment group was significantly lower than that in sertraline treatment group and Chinese-medicine treatment group（P<0.05）.The rating score of NIH-CPSI in Chinese-medicine treatment group was significantly lower than that in sertraline treatment group,which in the combination therapy treatment group was significantly lower than that in Chinese-medicine treatment group（P<0.05）.Conclusion　To treat the patients with type Ⅲ chronic prostatitis accompanied by the dysthymic disorder by using Chinese medicine decoction and supplemented by using sertraline to improve the depression.Thus,the depression of the patients can be improved and their physical symptoms can be reduced at the same time,then the living quality of them can be improved.
