摘要:
子痫前期是一种妊娠期特有疾病,其病因和发病机制尚未明确。近年来随着研究的深入发现,免疫炎症在子痫前期中发挥重要作用。学者们逐渐认识到纤维蛋白原样蛋白2(FGL2)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)参与了免疫炎症过度激活导致的子痫前期。FGL2在子痫前期胎盘组织中发挥抗炎作用,通过抑制自身免疫及免疫排斥,保持免疫耐受。TNF-α通过促进滋养细胞凋亡、炎症反应激活及内皮细胞的损伤等机制,促进子痫前期的发生。本文就FGL2和TNF-α在子痫前期发生发展中的作用进行综述,为探讨其在子痫前期筛查和诊断中作为生物标志物的潜在用途提供新思路。
Abstract:
Preeclampsia is a special disease during pregnancy,and its etiology and pathogenesis are not yet clear.In recent years,with the deepening of research,immune inflammation plays an important role in preeclampsia.Scholars have gradually realized that fibrinogen-like protein 2 (FGL2) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)involved in preeclampsia caused by excessive activation of immune inflammation.FGL2 plays an anti-inflammatory role in the placenta of preeclampsia and maintains immune tolerance.TNF-α can promote the occurrence of preeclampsia by promoting trophoblast apoptosis,inflammatory reaction activation and endothelial cell damage.This paper reviews the roles of FGL2 and TNF-α in the occurrence and development of preeclampsia,and provide new ideas for exploring their potential use as biomarkers in the screening and diagnosis of preeclampsia.
