摘要:
野黄芩苷是从草本植物的花、叶、茎和根中提取的一种活性黄酮类化合物,其具有抗炎、抗氧化和抗肿瘤等多种作用。野黄芩苷主要通过抑制细胞增殖、转移与耐药及诱导细胞凋亡等途径发挥抗肿瘤作用。本文就野黄芩苷的抗肿瘤作用机制进行综述,以期为野黄芩苷应用于临床提供参考。
Abstract:
Scutellarin is an active flavonoid compound extracted from the flowers,leaves,stems and roots of herb.It has anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant and anti-tumor effects.It plays an anti-tumor role mainly through inhibiting cell proliferation,metastasis,drug resistance and inducing cell apoptosis.This article reviews the anti-tumor mechanism of Scutellarin in order to provide reference for its clinical application.
