摘要:
近年来，全球范围内非自杀性自伤行为的发生率逐年上升，已成为精神卫生领域亟待解决的重点问题之一。国际上对非自杀性自伤行为的干预以心理治疗为主，辩证行为疗法可有效降低患者实施非自杀性自伤行为的频率，促进患者心身健康。目前，我国辩证行为疗法治疗非自杀性自伤行为的相关研究较少。本文综述了辩证行为疗法的治疗原理、治疗模式及其在非自杀性自伤行为中的具体应用形式和实际效果等，以期为临床研究提供参考。
Abstract:
In recent years,the worldwide prevalence of non-suicidal self-injury behavior has been increasing year by year,which has become one of the key problems in the mental health field.Psychotherapy is the main intervention method for non-suicidal self-injury behavior,and dialectical behavior therapy can reduce the frequency of non-suicidal self-injury behavior and promote both the physical and mental health of the patients.At present,there are few researches on dialectical behavior therapy in the treatment of non-suicidal self-injury behavior in China.This paper systematically reviewed the treatment principals,treatment modes,specific application forms,and curative effect of dialectical behavior therapy in non-suicidal self-injury behavior,in order to provide reference for clinical research.
