摘要:
幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染在全球范围内流行,可引起多种消化道及消化道以外的疾病,甚至引发胃癌;儿童是Hp感染的易感人群,了解Hp的传播途径及危险因素对预防儿童Hp感染尤为重要。本文将对Hp的生物学特征、流行特点、传播途径、危险因素及预防等方面进行综述,以期为儿童Hp感染的预防提供参考。
Abstract:
Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection is prevalent worldwide,and which can cause a variety of gastrointestinal and non-gastrointestinal diseases,even gastric cancer.Children are the susceptible population for Hp infection,so it is particularly important to understand the transmission routes and risk factors of Hp for the prevention of Hp infection in children.This paper reviews the biological characteristics,epidemiological characteristics,transmission routes,risk factors and prevention of Hp,so as to provide the reference for the prevention of Hp infection in children.
