摘要:
细胞自噬是一种自我消化现象,广泛存在于细胞生命活动中,在细胞生理或病理过程中起重要作用。自噬不足和自噬过度都会导致机体发生病变,包括多种自身免疫性疾病。研究发现,细胞自噬参与T、B淋巴细胞的激活和增殖以及B细胞存活的机制。免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)是一种常见的自身免疫介导的出血性疾病,血小板膜蛋白刺激免疫系统产生抗体,最终导致血小板减少,而T、B淋巴细胞免疫失衡及巨核细胞功能障碍是ITP发生的主要机制。本文对细胞自噬在ITP中的作用机制进行综述,以期为探索ITP的新型自噬靶向治疗药物提供参考。
Abstract:
Autophagy is a self-digestion phenomenon,which is widely present in cell life activities and plays an important role in cell physiology or pathology.Insufficient and excessive autophagy can lead to pathological changes in the body,including a variety of autoimmune diseases.Studies have found that autophagy is involved in the activation and proliferation of T and B lymphocytes and the mechanism of the survival of B cells.Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a common autoimmune-mediated bleeding disease,platelet membrane proteins can stimulate the immune system to produce antibodies,and ultimately lead to thrombocytopenia;while the immune imbalance of T and B lymphocytes and megakaryocyte dysfunction are the main mechanisms of ITP.This article reviews the mechanism of autophagy in ITP,hoping to provide a reference for exploring new autophagy targeted therapy drugs for ITP.
