摘要:
目的　明确急性白血病患儿父母疾病不确定感的原因，为临床医务人员提供干预方向，帮助新诊断的急性白血病患儿父母建立良性应对方式，降低其疾病不确定感。方法　选择2019年5月至2020年5月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的12例急性白血病患儿父母为研究对象。对急性白血病患儿父母进行半结构式访谈，用Colaizzi现象学七步分析法进行主题编码，分析急性白血病患儿父母疾病不确定感的来源。结果　急性白血病患儿父母疾病不确定感的来源主要有疾病名称、疾病复发、社会歧视、孩子受罪、检查结果和化学治疗方案；急性白血病患儿父母较好的应对方式主要是对未来充满希望、同伴教育、获取社会支持和面对当下。结论　急性白血病患儿父母疾病不确定感主要来源于疾病名称、疾病复发、社会歧视、孩子受罪、检查结果和化学治疗方案等。临床上可以采用信息支持、希望疗法、正念疗法、举办病友互助会等干预方法帮助患儿父母建立良好的应对方式，以降低其疾病不确定感，提高幸福感。
Abstract:
Objective　To clarify the reasons for the illness uncertainty of the parents of children with acute leukemia,and provide the intervention directions for clinical medical staff,help the parents of newly diagnosed acute leukemia children to establish a benign coping style and reduce their illness uncertainty.Methods　　A total of 12 parents of children with acute leukemia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the parents of children with acute leukemia,and the subjects were coded by using the Colaizzi phenomenological seven-step analysis method to analyze the source of illness uncertainty of parents of children with acute leukemia.Results　The sources of the illness uncertainty of the parents of children with acute leukemia were the name of the disease,disease recurrence,social discrimination,children′s crimes,examination results and chemotherapy regimens.The better coping style of parents were hope for the future,Peer education,acquisition social support and face the moment.Conclusion　The illness uncertainty of parents of children with acute leukemia mainly comes from the name of the disease,disease recurrence,social discrimination,children suffering,examination results and chemotherapy.Clinical intervention methods such as information support,hope therapy,mindfulness therapy and organization of mutual aid associations can be used to help parents of children with acute leukemia to establish good coping styles,reduce their illness uncertainty,and improve their happiness.
