摘要:
近年来,我国针对以大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)为主的雾霾污染治理已初见成效,然而二次污染物臭氧(O3)的浓度还在不断升高。O3具有强氧化性和刺激性,急、慢性O3暴露可损伤人体各系统,引起心血管系统和呼吸系统疾病发病率、住院率及病死率上升;也可直接损伤中枢神经系统,或通过呼吸和免疫系统释放有害因子,经过血液循环到达大脑,间接引起大脑神经炎症和氧化应激等反应,最终引起神经退行性病变,如阿尔茨海默症、帕金森病和老年痴呆等。O3对神经系统损伤的机制尚未完全阐明,推测与血脑屏障通透性改变、神经炎症、氧化应激、病理性蛋白聚集和神经元异常凋亡有关。本文就近年来O3对神经系统的损伤及其机制的主要研究进展进行综述,以期为相关研究提供线索。
