摘要:
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是最常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病之一,主要临床表现为进行性记忆能力减退、失语、失认、失用、抽象思维障碍、计算能力障碍并可伴有人格和行为的改变等。AD的病理学特征是沉积在细胞外β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)形成的老年斑(SP)、细胞内磷酸化的微管Tau蛋白螺旋化聚集形成的神经原纤维缠结(NFT)和神经元丢失。由葛根、黄芪、桑白皮组成的黄芪散具有延缓AD的作用。葛根来源的小分子可改善AD大鼠的空间记忆能力,减少Aβ沉积和Tau蛋白磷酸化,抑制神经元凋亡;黄芪来源的小分子可保护大鼠海马神经元,减少细胞炎症因子的产生,抑制胶质细胞增生;桑白皮来源的小分子有清除自由基、抗炎、免疫调控等作用。本文就黄芪散防治AD的效果进行综述,旨在为AD的治疗提供一种新方法。
