摘要:
目的　探讨腰椎间盘突出症（LIDP）患者外周血白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、前列腺素E2（PGE2）及基质金属蛋白酶-3（MMP-3）水平的变化。方法　选取2013年6月至2015年12月宜都市第一人民医院收治的LIDP患者35例（LIDP组），同时选取健康人群31例作为对照组；采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清IL-1β、PGE2及MMP-3水平；比较2组受试者血清IL-1β、PGE2及MMP-3水平，并对不同临床分型及不同疼痛分级的LIDP患者的血清IL-1β、PGE2及MMP-3水平进行比较。结果　LIDP组患者血清IL-1β、PGE2、MMP-3水平显著高于对照组（P<0.05），脱垂游离型LIDP患者血清IL-1β、PGE2、MMP-3水平显著高于突出型患者（P<0.05），重度疼痛LIDP患者血清IL-1β、PGE2、MMP-3水平显著高于轻、中度疼痛患者（P<0.05）。结论　LIDP患者血清IL-1β、PGE2和MMP-3水平显著升高，且与病情严重程度及患者疼痛程度有相关性。
Abstract:
Objective　To investigate the changes in the levels of peripheral blood interleukin-1β（IL-1β），prostaglandin E2（PGE2） and matrix metalloproteinases-3（MMP-3） in patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion（LIDP）.Methods　Thirty-five patients with LIDP were selected in the First People′s Hospital of Yidu City from June 2013 to December 2015 as LIDP group.Thirty-one healthy people were selected as control group at the same time.The levels of serum IL-1β，PGE2 and MMP-3 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The levels of serum IL-1β，PGE2 and MMP-3 were compared between the two groups；and the levels of serum IL-1β，PGE2 and MMP-3 were compared between LIDP patients with different clinical typing and different classification of pain.Results　The levels of serum IL-1β，PGE2 and MMP-3 in LIDP group were significantly higher than those in control group（P<0.05）.The serum levels of IL-1β，PGE2 and MMP-3 in the patients with prolapsus and sequestered LIDP were significantly higher than those in the patients with protrusive type of LIDP（P<0.05）.The levels of serum IL-1β，PGE2 and MMP-3 in patients with severe pain were significantly higher than those in patients with mild or moderate pain（P<0.05）.Conclusion　The levels of serum IL-1β，PGE2 and MMP-3 increased significantly in LIDP patients，and the levels of serum IL-1β，PGE2 and MMP-3 are correlated to the severity of the disease and the degree of pain.
