摘要:
二甲双胍是目前治疗2型糖尿病的一线用药,近年来,国内外大量研究发现,二甲双胍在发挥其降血糖作用之外,还具有抗肿瘤作用,可抑制肝癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌、结肠癌、前列腺癌等恶性肿瘤的增殖及生长,延缓肿瘤的发生、发展,但其抗肿瘤机制尚不明确。目前,国内外关于二甲双胍抗肿瘤机制的实验室及临床研究相继开展。本文对二甲双胍抗肿瘤作用机制的相关研究进行综述。
