摘要:
黄柏和关黄柏分别为芸香科植物黄皮树和黄檗的干燥树皮,均具有清热燥湿的功效。从黄柏和关黄柏中提取出来的化学成分主要包括生物碱类、酚酸类、柠檬苦素类、苯丙素类、萜类等,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗癌、降血糖、保护肝脏和肾脏等多种药理作用。本文对黄柏和关黄柏的化学成分及药理作用进行综述,旨在为进一步研究黄柏和关黄柏的药效物质基础提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex are the dried bark of the Rutaceae family plants Phellodendron chinense Schneid.and Phellodendron amurense Rupr.,respectively,both of which have the effect of clearing away heat and expelliing dampness.The chemical constituents extracted from Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex mainly include alkaloids,phenolic acids,limonoids,phenylpropanoids,terpenoids,etc.,which have anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-cancer,hypoglycemic,liver and kidney protection,and other biological activities.This paper summarizes the research on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Phellodendri Chinense Cortex and Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex in recent years,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for in-depth study on the material basis of efficacy.
