摘要:
环状RNA (circRNA)属于一种内源性非编码RNA,可在血清、尿液、唾液等多种体液中被检测到。circRNA 具有促进肿瘤细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、迁移等多种生物学行为的作用。circRNA作为微RNA的“分子海绵”在甲状腺癌组织中表达异常,circRNA能够通过调节下游靶基因的表达影响甲状腺癌的发生与发展。本文就circRNA的生物学特点及其在分化型甲状腺癌中的作用研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Circular RNA (circRNA) is an endogenous non-coding RNA,which can be detected in serum,urine,saliva and other body fluids.CircRNA can promote the proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and migration of tumor cells.CircRNA as a "molecular sponge" of microRNA has abnormal expression in thyroid cancer.CircRNA can affect the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer by regulating the expression of downstream target genes.This article reviews the biological characteristics of circRNA and its role in differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
