摘要:
内镜黏膜下剥离术（ESD）具有创伤小、并发症少等优点，已成为早期食管癌的首选治疗方法。食管狭窄是ESD术后最常见的并发症之一，严重影响患者的生活质量。目前，国际上尚无公认的防治ESD术后食管狭窄的方法。本文就有关ESD术后食管狭窄的危险因素及其防治方法的相关研究进展作一综述，旨在为防治EDS术后食管狭窄提供参考。
Abstract:
Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)has the advantages of less trauma and fewer complications,so it has become the first choice for the treatment method of early esophageal carcinoma.Esophageal stricture is one of the most common complications after ESD,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.At present,there is no internationally recognized method for the prevention and treatment method of esophageal stricture after ESD.This article reviews the research progress on the risk factors and prevention methods of esophageal stricture after ESD.
