摘要:
胰腺癌(PC)是临床常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,具有高度侵袭性。PC患者早期临床症状较为隐匿,大部分患者确诊时已处于进展期或晚期。细胞外囊泡(EV)可作为细胞间信息交换的载体,通过抑制机体免疫反应、促进血管生成、产生转移前的利基环境等,参与PC的发展与转移。因此,EV可作为PC的临床诊断指标和治疗手段之一。本文就 EV 在PC发生、发展、转移、治疗等方面的研究进展做一综述。
