摘要:
人参是五加科人参属的干燥根,是一种具有多种药理活性的传统药材。人参多糖是人参的重要组成部分,主要包括阿拉伯半乳聚糖、果胶和酸性多糖,具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎、抗抑郁、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用。现代研究发现,人参多糖可以通过调节多种免疫细胞活性,改变细胞因子表达,调控免疫分子水平,在机体的固有免疫和获得性免疫中发挥重要作用。本文就人参多糖在免疫调节方面的研究进展进行综述,旨在为人参及其制品的研究和临床应用提供依据。
