摘要:
糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒(DLA)是常见的糖尿病急性并发症,其临床发病率较低,但患者病死率较高。 DLA的发病机制十分复杂,临床常采取综合方式治疗,如控制血糖、补液抗休克、改善循环、控制感染、纠正酸中毒、停用苯乙双胍和二甲双胍等药物、血液净化、纠正内环境紊乱等。本文对 DLA的诊断与治疗新进展进行综述。
