摘要:
维生素A(VA)是人体必需的微量营养素之一,与视觉功能、细胞生长及分化、免疫、生殖功能等有密切关系,新生儿作为一个特殊的群体,极易发生VA缺乏,随着人们对新生儿疾病研究的深入,认为在新生儿期给予合适的营养支持对新生儿至关重要,因而VA在新生儿疾病发展及防治中起到的作用越来越受到人们的重视。但对于从什么时间开始补充VA、常规补充VA的剂量及采取哪种补充方式尚未达成共识,因此,本文就新生儿应用VA的现状进行综述。
