摘要:
Src家族激酶是一组细胞内的非受体酪氨酸激酶,参与细胞增殖、分化、迁移、侵袭及血管形成等多种细胞生物学行为的调控,能够促进肿瘤细胞运动、增殖、侵袭及转移,在肿瘤发生、发展中起着重要作用。本文就近年来Src激酶在肿瘤侵袭、转移中的作用研究进展进行综述,以期进一步探索肿瘤发生、发展的作用机制,为肿瘤的靶向药物治疗提供参考。
