摘要:
目的 探讨阿奇霉素和盐酸丙卡特罗联合治疗对肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿免疫功能的影响。方法 选择2019年1~6月三亚市妇幼保健院收治的78例MPP患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。2组患儿均给予止咳、化痰、退热等常规治疗措施,在常规治疗基础上,对照组患儿给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患儿给予阿奇霉素和盐酸丙卡特罗联合治疗。对2组患儿治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgM、IgA水平及T细胞亚群分布进行比较,并观察治疗期间2组患儿不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前2组患儿血清IgG、IgM、IgA水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组患儿治疗后血清IgG、IgM、IgA水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿血清IgG、IgM、IgA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患儿CD3+、CD4+、CD8+水平及CD4+/CD8+比值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患儿治疗后CD3+、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+比值显著高于治疗前,CD8+水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿CD3+、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+比值显著高于对照组,CD8+水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组患儿不良反应发生率分别为15.38%(6/39)、12.82%(5/39),2组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.214,P>0.05)。结论 阿奇霉素联合盐酸丙卡特罗可以显著改善MPP患儿的免疫功能。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of azithromycin combined with procaterol hydrochloride on the immune function in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods  Seventy-eight children with MPP admitted to Sanya City Womenfolk and Infant Health Care Hospital from January to June in 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the children were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment method,with 39 cases in each group.The children in the two groups were given conventional treatment measures such as cough relieving,eliminate sputum,Pyretolysis and so on.On the basis of conventional treatment,the patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin,while the patients in the observation group were treated with azithromycin and procaterol hydrochloride.The serum immunoglo-bulin(Ig) G,IgM and IgA levels and the distribution of T cell subsets were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The adverse reactions of children were observed during the treatment in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in serum IgG,IgM and IgA levels between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The levels of serum IgG,IgM and IgA after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment in the two groups (P<0.05).The levels of serum IgG,IgM and IgA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the level of CD8+ was significantly decreased in the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8+ in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 15.38% (6/39) and 12.82% (5/39),respectively.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (χ2=1.214,P>0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with procaterol hydrochloride can significantly improve the immune function in children with MPP.
