摘要:
微RNA(miRNA)是一类普遍存在于多种生物体内长度为18~26 个核苷酸的单链非编码小分子RNA。miRNA通过靶向调控mRNA翻译,参与个体发育及细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等一系列重要的生物学过程,与多种疾病的发生、发展密切相关。miRNA可以调控肿瘤细胞的分化、增殖和迁移等多种生物学行为,在肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。miRNA-146a是miRNAs家族中的一员,在神经系统疾病、心血管疾病、自身免疫性疾病以及癌症的发生和发展过程中发挥重要作用。miRNA-146a的异常表达和茎区段碱基错配可增加肿瘤发生的概率,与消化、呼吸和生殖等系统肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。本文就miRNA-146a在肿瘤发生发展中的作用进行综述。
