摘要:
铅在人体中不具有任何生理作用,但在自然界中普遍存在。铅进入人体后,储存在软组织和骨骼中,可影响多个器官系统,尤其是神经系统。铅中毒是多种机制参与的结果,氧化应激在其发病机制中占主要地位。对于铅中毒的治疗,抗氧化药物正在逐步取代传统的螯合剂。本文就铅中毒氧化应激机制及抗氧化治疗的研究进展作一综述。
