摘要:
目的 研究近视儿童黄斑中心凹下脉络膜中小血管层(MCVT)和大血管层(LCVT)的厚度,并分析其与性别、年龄、屈光度(取等效球镜)以及眼轴长度的相关性。方法 选择2019年4~11月于临沂市人民医院就诊的 6~14周岁近视儿童共61人(104只眼)为研究对象。根据性别分为男性组(54只眼)和女性组(50只眼);根据散瞳后的屈光度[取等效球镜(SE)]将近视儿童分为轻度近视组(-3.00 D≤SE<-0.25 D)(34眼)、中度近视组(-6.00 D≤SE<-3.00 D)(34眼)和高度近视组(SE<-6.00 D)(36眼)。测量各组患儿的裸眼视力、矫正视力、眼轴长度、MCVT、LCVT。结果 男性和女性近视患儿的MCVT、LCVT比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中度近视组、高度近视组患儿屈光度低于轻度近视组(P<0.05);高度近视组屈光度低于中度近视组(P<0.05)。轻度近视组和中度近视组患儿眼轴长度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高度近视组患儿眼轴长度大于轻度近视组和中度近视组(P<0.05)。轻度近视组和中度近视组患儿LCVT、MCVT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高度近视组患儿LCVT、MCVT低于轻度近视组和中度近视组(P<0.05)。患儿年龄与MCVT、LCVT均呈显著负相关(r=-0.367、-0.423,P<0.05);屈光度与MCVT、LCVT呈显著正相关(r=0.558、0.464,P<0.05);眼轴长度与MCVT、LCVT呈显著负相关(r=-0.726、-0.620,P<0.05)。结论 随着儿童近视程度的加深、年龄与眼轴的增长,脉络膜各个血管层的厚度逐渐变薄。
Abstract:
Objective To study the thickness of the medium and small choroidal vessel thickness (MCVT) and the large choroidal vessel thickness (LCVT) of the subfoveal macular foveal in children with myopia,and analyze its relationship with gender,age,and diopter[equivalent spherical(SE)] and the correlation of eye axis length.Methods A total of 61(104 eyes) children with myopic aged 6-14 year in the Linyi People′s Hospital from April 2019 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into male group (54 eyes) and female group (50 eyes) according to gender; and they were divided into mild myopia group (-3.00 D ≤SE<-0.25 D) (34 eyes),moderate myopia group (-6.00 D≤SE<-3.00 D) (34 eyes) and high myopia group (SE<-6.00 D) (36 eyes) according to the diopter.The naked vision,corrected vision,axial length,MCVT and LCVT of all patients were measured.Results There was no significant difference in the MCVT and LCVT between male patients and female patients (P>0.05).The diopter of patients in the moderate myopia group and high myopia group was lower than that in low myopia group (P<0.05); the diopter of patients in the high myopia group was lower than that in the moderate myopia group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the axial length of patients between low myopia group and moderate myopia group(P>0.05); the axial length of patients in the high myopia group was larger than that in the low and moderate myopia group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the LCVT and MCVT of patients between the low myopia group and the moderate myopia group (P>0.05); the LCVT and MCVT of patients in the high myopia group were lower than those in the low myopia group and the moderate myopia group (P<0.05).The age of patient was negatively correlated with MCVT and LCVT (r=-0.367,-0.423;P<0.05); the diopter of patient was positively correlated with MCVT and LCVT (r=0.558,0.464;P<0.05); the axis length of patient was negatively correlated with MCVT and LCVT(r=-0.726,-0.620;P<0.05).Conclusion The thickness of each vascular layer of choroidal gradually become thinner with the deepening of degree myopia,the growth of age and eye axis of children.
