摘要:
目的　总结卵巢卵黄囊瘤伴子宫内膜异位囊肿的超声声像图特征。方法　随机抽取18例经手术组织病理学证实的卵巢卵黄囊瘤伴子宫内膜异位囊肿患者超声影像学资料，总结超声声像图特征。结果　18例患者中，7例卵巢卵黄囊瘤呈现实质性回声；10例呈囊实性改变,呈蜂窝样或破絮样，囊壁厚薄不均；10例血流丰富。子宫内膜异位囊肿内部回声多样化，均匀稀疏低回声2例，均匀云雾状低回声9例，混合云雾状回声5例，实性为主不均匀回声2例。超声诊断卵巢卵黄囊瘤伴子宫内膜异位囊肿的准确率为83.33%。结论　卵巢卵黄囊瘤伴子宫内膜异位囊肿的超声图像具有一定的特征性，但缺乏特异性。
Abstract:
Objective　To summarize the ultrasonographic features of ovarian yolk sac tumor with endometrial ectopic cyst.Methods　Ultrasound imaging data of 18 patients with ovarian yolk sac tumor and endometrial ectopic cyst confirmed by histopathology were extracted and retrospectively analyzed;and the ultrasonographic features of all patients were summarized.Results　In the 18 patients,7 cases had ovarian yellow sac tumors with substantial echoes;10 cases had cystic changes,which were honeycomb-like or broken,with uneven wall thickness;10 cases had abundant blood flow.The internal echo of chocolate cysts was diversified,including 2 cases of sparse hypoechoic uniformity,9 cases of uniform cloud-like hypoechoic,5 cases of mixed cloud-like echo,and 2 cases of solid heterogeneous echo.The accuracy of ultrasound in diagnosis of yolk sac tumor with chocolate cyst was 83.33%.Conclusion　Ultrasound images of ovarian yolk sac tumor with endometrial ectopic cyst have certain characteristics,but lack specificity.
