摘要:
目的 初探新乡市0~14岁健康女性儿童血清催乳素水平的参考范围,研究不同年龄段儿童血清催乳素变化趋势及哺乳期儿童血清催乳素与母亲乳汁中催乳素水平的相关性。方法 选择2017年1月至2018年3月在新乡医学院第三附属医院儿童体检门诊进行健康体检的0~14岁女性儿童210名为研究对象。将研究对象分为<2岁组(n=30),2~4岁组(n=90)、4~7岁组(n=30)、7~10岁组(n=30)和10~14岁组(n=30)。其中2~4岁儿童按采集血液时间段不同分为8:00~10:00 组(n=30)、10:00~14:30组(n=30)和14:30~17:30组(n=30)。采集所有研究对象的血液标本,2 h内分离血清冰冻于-20 ℃冰箱贮存待测;<2岁组儿童要求母乳喂养且在抽取血液的同时留取其母亲乳汁3~5 mL。采用全自动电化学发光免疫分析系统测定210份女性儿童血清及30份乳汁中的催乳素水平。结果 0~14岁女童血清催乳素参考值范围为59.72~806.15 mU·L-1。5组女性儿童血清催乳素水平比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.946,P<0.05),<2岁组儿童血清催乳素水平最高,随年龄的增长,儿童血清催乳素含量呈逐渐下降趋势。<2岁组个体差异最大,随着年龄增长差异性降低,10~14岁组个体差异又增大。8:00~10:00组、10:00~14:30组及14:30~17:30组儿童血清催乳素水平分别为201.25(153.68,336.18)、200.30(143.60,319.80)、238.60 (178.05,370.23)mU·L-1, 3组儿童血清催乳素水平比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.839,P>0.05)。乳汁中催乳素水平与儿童血清催乳素水平无相关性(r=0.123,P>0.05)。结论  0~14岁健康女性儿童血清催乳素参考值为59.72~806.15 mU·L-1,且<2岁儿童水平最高。哺乳期儿童血清催乳素水平与及母亲乳汁中催乳素水平无相关性。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the reference range of serum prolactin content in healthy female children from 0 to 14 years old in Xinxiang city and investigate the trend of serum prolactin change in children of different ages as well as the correlation between serum prolactin in lactating children and the content of prolactin in mother′s milk.Methods Two hundred and ten 0-14 years old healthy female children who underwent physical examination in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects.All subjects were divided into <2 years old group (n=30),2-4 years old group (n=90),4-7 years old group (n=30),7-10 years old group (n=30) and 10-14 years old group (n=30).The 2-4 years old children were divided into 8:00-10:00 group(n=30),10:00-14:30 group(n=30),14:30-17:30 group(n=30) according to the blood drawing time.The blood samples of all subjects were collected;the serum was separated within 2 hours and was stored in the refrigerator at -20 ℃ for testing.Inside,the <2 years old group children required to breastfeed and 3-5 mL of mother′s milk was taken at the same time of blood extraction.The content of prolactin in serum samples of 210 female children and 30 milk samples were determined by the automatic electrochemiluminescence immunoassay system.Results The reference range of serum prolactin in 0-14 years old healthy female children was 59.72-806.15 mU·L-1.There was significant difference in the content of serum prolactin among the five age groups of children (χ2 =26.946,P<0.05),and the content of serum prolactin of children in <2 years old group was highest,with the increase of age,the content of prolactin in serum of female children decreased gradually.The individual difference of children in < 2 years old group was the largest,and the individual difference decreased with the increase of age;but the individual difference of children in 10-14 years old group increased again.The levels of serum prolactin in 8:00-10:00 group,10:00-14:30 group and 14:30-17:30 group were 201.25(153.68,336.18),200.30(143.60,319.80),238.60 (178.05,370.23)mU·L-1 ;there was no statistic difference in the levels of serum prolactin among the three groups(χ2 =1.839,P>0.05).There was no correlation between serum prolactin levels of children and the levels of prolactin in children mothers′ milk (r=0.123,P>0.05).Conclusion The reference value of serum prolactin in 0-14 years old healthy female children is 59.72-806.15 mU·L-1 ,and the content of serum prolactin of children in <2 years old group is highest.The levels of serum prolactin of lactating children is not correlated with the levels of prolactin in milk of children′s mothers.
