目的 调查医院工作场所暴力与医务人员共情疲劳的现状并分析其相关性。方法 使用便利抽样方法于2019年6月至2019年9月采用一般资料问卷、工作场所暴力量表、共情疲劳量表对郑州市第三人民医院、郑州市中心医院、河南省人民医院3所医院的医务人员进行问卷调查,调查医务人员共情疲劳得分和医护人员遭受暴力的情况。结果 共发出问卷 953份,收回有效问卷920份,有效回收率96.53%。920名医务人员中有596人(64.78%)在过去1 a遭受过工作场所暴力。医务人员的年龄、工作年限、婚姻状况、所在科室、医院级别与暴力发生有关(P<0.05),医务人员的性别、是否为独生子女、教育程度、薪资与暴力发生无关(P>0.05)。医务人员工作场所遭受的暴力类型得分从高到低依次为语言攻击、威胁、情感虐待、躯体攻击、性骚扰。920名医务人员共情疲劳得分由高到低依次为共情满意、职业倦怠、二次创伤。医务人员共情满意与工作场所暴力呈负相关(P<0.01);职业倦怠和二次创伤与工作场所暴力呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 医务人员工作场所遭受暴力发生率的升高,导致医务人员共情疲劳得分升高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status of workplace violence in hospital and empathy fatigue of medical staff and analyze the correlation between them.Methods The general data questionnaire,workplace violence scale and empathy fatigue scale were used to investigate the score of empathy fatigue and the status of violence of medical staff who were selected by convenient sampling method in the Third People′s Hospital of Zhengzhou,Zhengzhou Central Hospital and Henan Provincial People′s Hospital from June 2019 to September 2019.Results A total of 953 questionnaires were sent out and 920 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 96.53%.A total of 596 (64.78%) person of the 920 medical staff had experienced workplace violence in the past one year.The age,working years,marital status,department and the level of hospital of medical staff were related to the occurrence of violence (P<0.05);the gender,whether they were the only children,education level and salary were not related to the occurrence of violence (P>0.05).The scores of the violence of medical staff in the workplace from high to low were language attack,threat,emotional abuse,physical attack and sexual harassment.The scores of empathic fatigue of 920 medical workers from high to low were empathic satisfaction,job burnout and secondary trauma.The empathy satisfaction was negatively related to workplace violence (P<0.01);the job burnout and secondary trauma were positively related to workplace violence (P<0.01).Conclusion The higher the incidence of workplace violence is,the higher the score of empathy fatigue is.
