摘要:
目的 调查低年资护士共情能力现状,并分析其相关影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查问卷、杰弗逊共情量表、一般自我效能感量表,对新乡市5所综合医院的552名低年资护士进行问卷调查。结果 本研究共发放问卷552份,回收有效问卷536份,有效回收率为97.1%。低年资护士共情能力总分为(123.18±17.75)分,单因素分析结果显示,不同学历、家庭结构、聘用形式、平均月收入、科室及工作满意度的低年资护士共情能力得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同性别及是否为独生子女的低年资护士共情能力得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。一般自我效能感与共情能力呈显著正相关(P<0.01),一般自我效能感与观点采择、情感护理和换位思考3个维度均呈正相关性(P<0.01)。多因素分析结果显示,学历、聘用形式、所在科室、对工作满意程度及一般自我效能感是影响低年资护士共情能力的因素(P<0.05)。结论 低年资护士共情能力处于中等偏上水平,但群体内部差异性较大;学历、聘用形式、所在科室、对工作满意程度及一般自我效能感是影响低年资护士共情能力的因素。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the present situation of empathy ability of junior nurses and analyze its influence factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 552 junior nurses in 5 general hospitals in Xinxiang by using the general information questionnaire,the Jefferson scale of empathy and the general self-efficacy scale.Results A total of 552 questionnaires were sent out and 536 effective questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 97.1%.The total scores of empathy ability in junior nurses were 123.18±17.75 .There was significant difference in the scores of empathy ability of junior nurses with different education background,different family structure,different employment form,different average monthly income,different department and different job satisfaction (P<0.01);there was no significant difference in the scores of empathy ability of junior nurses with different gender and whether they were only children (P>0.05).General self-efficacy was positively correlated with empathy ability(P<0.01).General self-efficacy was positively correlated with perspective selection,emotional nursing and empathy (P<0.01).The results of multivariate analysis showed that the education background,employment form,department,job satisfaction and general self-efficacy were the influencing factors of the empathy ability of junior nurses (P<0.05).Conclusions The empathy ability of junior nurses is above the average level and there is a large difference within the group.Education background,employment form,department,job satisfaction and general self-efficacy are the influencing factors of the empathy ability of junior nurses
