摘要:
二噁英可导致包括腭裂在内的多种新生儿出生缺陷。2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并二噁英(TCDD)作为二噁英毒性效应的代表性受试物,其毒性最强。本文就TCDD毒性相关的信号通路进行综述,并着重介绍芳香烃受体、转化生长因子-β、Wnt和表皮生长因子受体信号通路在新生儿腭裂中发挥的功能,以期全面了解TCDD毒性作用机制,并为新生儿腭裂的预防和治疗提供理论依据。
