摘要:
肺泡及呼吸道表面的液体对维持正常肺功能至关重要,肺泡腔内的液体过多积聚形成肺水肿会损伤气体交换。肺泡上皮细胞中的上皮钠离子通道(ENaC)在肺泡表面液体转运中起重要作用。在成人肺中,肺上皮细胞的重吸收限制了急性肺损伤和心源性水肿患者肺泡水肿的程度。ENaC是Na+驱动的液体重吸收的主要参与者,是治疗肺水肿的合适靶点。本文就ENaC在肺水肿中的作用、调控机制进行综述,旨在为临床预防和治疗肺损伤提供理论支持。
