摘要:
现代医学观点认为,肥胖不仅是一种体质量超标和脂肪堆积的现象,更是一种代谢相关的炎症性疾病。与正常群体相比,肥胖动物脂肪组织内巨噬细胞数量显著增多,且极化表型由抗炎的M2型转化为促炎的M1型。本文就巨噬细胞在肥胖进程中发挥的作用进行了综述,发现在遗传易感和高脂饮食背景下,巨噬细胞可调控代谢性炎症、脂肪组织重塑、肝脏损伤和胰岛素抵抗,进而引起肥胖和相关并发症。因此,中巨噬细胞浸润与激活可能是肥胖发生发展过程中的关键事件,针对脂肪组织中巨噬细胞的干预可能是肥胖免疫治疗的新靶点。
