摘要:
肺部疾病是儿童最常见的疾病。既往临床上对肺部疾病的影像学检查主要依靠胸部X线片、胸部CT,但其存在放射性损伤,而且危重患者进行胸部影像学检查时往往因被搬动而增加疾病风险。随着技术的发展,超声逐渐被应用于肺部疾病的检查,已被证实对儿童、新生儿及成人呼吸系统疾病有较高的诊断价值。儿童具有胸壁薄、胸廓小等解剖特征,可以确保更高质量的超声成像,并且其具有无辐射的特点,因此,使用肺部超声代替胸片检查是一种安全可行的措施。本文就肺部超声在儿童肺部疾病检查中的应用进展进行综述,旨在促进超声在儿童肺部疾病领域的应用发展。
