摘要:
目的 探讨百令胶囊对支气管哮喘患者呼吸道重塑及肺功能的影响。方法 选择2017年3月至2018年5月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的慢性持续期支气管哮喘患者52例,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。对照组患者给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,每次1吸,每日2次,疗程12周;孟鲁司特钠片10 mg,睡前口服,每日1次,疗程12周。观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予百令胶囊1.5 g,口服,每日3次,疗程12周。治疗前及治疗12周后,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测2组患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制物-1(TIMP-1)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平,肺功能仪检测2组患者用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)及呼气流量峰值(PEF),采用哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分评估患者的生活质量。结果 治疗前,2组患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、TGF-β1水平、FVC、FEV1、PEF及ACT评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗12周后,2组患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1及TGF-β1水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),FVC、FEV1、PEF及ACT评分较治疗前显著增高(P<0.05),且观察组患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1及TGF-β1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),FVC、FEV1、PEF及ACT评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 百令胶囊通过降低血清MMP-9、TIMP-1及TGF-β1水平而抑制支气管哮喘患者的呼吸道重塑,改善通气功能,提高患者肺功能及生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule on respiratory tract remodeling and pulmonary function in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Fifty-two patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from March 2017 to May 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,26 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation(once suction per time,twice a day for 12 weeks) and montelukast sodium tablets 10 mg(per os hora somni,once a day for 12 weeks).On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the patients in the observation group were treated with Bailing capsule 1.5 g orally,three times a day for 12 weeks.Before and 12 weeks after treatment,the levels of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9),matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1(TIMP-1) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay;the forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) were measured by pulmonary function test apparatus;the quality of life of patients was evaluated by asthma control test (ACT) score.Results There were no significant difference in the levels of serum MMP-9,TIMP-1,TGF-β1 and FVC,FEV1,PEF and ACT score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum MMP-9,TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);and the FVC,FEV1,PEF and ACT score were significantly higher than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of serum MMP-9,TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);and the FVC,FEV1,PEF and ACT score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after 12 weeks of treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule can inhibit respiratory tract remodeling,improve ventilation function and lung function and quality of life by reducing the levels of serum MMP-9,TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 in patients with bronchial asthma.
