摘要:
目的 了解河南省新乡市红旗区市售新鲜蔬菜中有机磷农药的污染状况,并进行人均每日膳食暴露量及健康风险评估。方法 采用随机抽样的方法于2015年5月和2015年9月分别在新乡市红旗区抽取当季蔬菜样品共160份,包括叶菜类蔬菜小白菜和甘蓝、瓜果类蔬菜西红柿和黄瓜以及根茎类蔬菜白萝卜和胡萝卜。根据2014年《国家食品污染和有害因素风险工作手册》中“植物性食品中有机磷农药残留测定的标准操作程序”,对新鲜蔬菜中的乐果、久效磷、乙酰甲胺磷、毒死蜱等11种有机磷农药进行检测。采用有机磷农药日暴露量和美国环保局推荐的健康风险评估模型对经膳食途径摄入的有机磷农药引起的健康风险进行初步评估,成人和儿童分别根据不同的衡量标准进行评估。结果 160份新鲜蔬菜样品中,成人和儿童摄入的11种有机磷农药的估计每日摄入量均小于相应的日允许摄入量,且平均目标危害系数(THQ)和平均复合健康风险指数(TTHQ)均<1,最大THQ和TTHQ均存在>1的情况。结论 新乡市红旗区市售新鲜蔬菜存在一定程度的有机磷农药污染,其平均暴露水平处于安全范围,但仍有部分叶菜类蔬菜被检出含有较高水平的有机磷农药,可能会对成人及儿童的健康造成危害。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the pollution status of organophosphorus pesticides in fresh vegetables sold in Hongqi district of Xinxiang city and assess the daily intake and the potential health risk of the organophosphorus pesticides.Methods One hundred and sixty samples of seasonal vegetables in Hongqi district of Xinxiang city in May 2015 and September 2015 were selected by random sampling method,including pakchoi and kohlrabi,tomatoes and cucumbers,white radish and carrots.Contents of 11 organophosphorus pesticides such as dimethoate,monocrotophos,acephate,chlorpyrifos et al in fresh vegetables were measured according to the “Standard Operating Procedures of Pesticide Residue Detection” in 《National Food Pollution and Hazardous Factors Risk Manual》in 2014.The health risk of the daily dietary intake of organophosphorus pesticides was assessed by using the daily exposure of organophosphorus pesticides and health risk assessment model which was recommended by Environmental Protection Agency of United States.Adults and children were evaluated according to different criteria.Results Among the 160 fresh vegetables samples,the average estimated daily intake value of the 11 organophosphorus pesticides were less than the corresponding acceptable daily intake value for either adults or children;moreover,both the average target hazard quotient(THQ) and average total target hazard quotients(TTHQ) were also less than 1,implying that these fresh vegetables were safe to eat in general.However,the THQ maximum and TTHQ maximum of some vegetables were more than 1.Conclusion Organophosphorus pesticides pollution exists in fresh vegetables in Hongqi district of Xinxiang city.Although the average exposure levels are in safe range,high levels of organophosphorus pesticides were still detected in some leaf vegetables,this may render health risk to adults and the children.
